I’ve found that there are five (5) traits that make for a coachable person. The first trait that I talked about was the readiness to Learn – This means that you’re ready to focus and ready to get to work.

In this segment I talk about the second trait which is Honesty & Humility – This is the willingness to look for gaps & blind spots.
Wherever you stand, that’s where you are. How you got there doesn’t matter. What matters is starting with brutal honesty about your situation. Yes, it might suck. Or maybe your situation isn’t dire, but it’s not as good as you want to think it is.
Be honest and be humble – starting with the truth is the place to start if you want to get better.
