The Problem That You Solve

The second parameter that I would look at is #Problem. These are some of the questions you always want to think about when you’re assessing the problem that you solve:
???? Are you positioning your problem in a way for your sales talent to understand why the problem is important to solve?
???? Is it a problem that will make a big impact in the marketplace for your customers?
???? How attractive and interesting is the problem that you’re solving?
