The 7×1 Framework

The 7×1 framework is designed for earlier stages in the sales process. As soon as you have someone who is interested in your product, use the 7×1 framework to show your prospective customer that you consider implementation early and often when working with new customers. The 7×1 framework is a series of seven “firsts” in the implementation and customer success cycle.

1. The first minute

2. The first hour

3. The first day

4. The first week

5. The first month

6. The first quarter

7. The first year

For each of these firsts, talk with your customer about what will happen at that moment and what you’ll accomplish together
