Consistency With Your Team
The idea of “consistency” in your team meetings is just as important as having consistency in your sales work.
As a leader of the company, you also need to be consistent with your company as well.
The consistency towards your team shows that they are just as important as your current or prospective client.
It sounds easy or hard (however you view it), but the commitment to doing so is what determines if you are being consistent.
