Applying Incrementalism To Your Startup
You can apply the concept of “Incrementalism” to:
1/ Price – You’re probably under-pricing your product for the value your customer is getting. The only person that knows that you’ve increased your price is YOU.
2/ Outbound Sequence – Take 100 contacts out of your database and run a five-touch sequence. These five touches could be 3 emails, 1 LinkedIn message, and 1 phone call.
These might seem big and overwhelming but you can start by making small progress.
