Friday Four [11/11/16]
Most importantly, thank you to the veterans out there for your service to our county. It’s certainly interesting times, and regardless of where you fall on the political spectrum, the work and efforts of our veterans enable us to enjoy our freedom. Thank you!
And thank you to everyone that replied back last week with your biggest frustrations about selling and the sales process! HUGELY helpful for an article I’m writing.
Now onto the Friday Four…
1 – BUILDING YOUR SALES PIPELINE
I led an onsite workshop for a client this week in Los Angeles. We focused the day on Prospecting & Building a Sales Pipeline. Here’s a short video that summarizes the ideas and strategies we covered.
If you’re interested in the worksheets we used for our group work, just reply back to this email and I’ll shoot them over…
Or you can leave a comment on the Facebook video posting. Whichever works for you.
2 – NEW PODCAST EPISODE!
This episode is just a little bit different… While it’s the typical interview style, this interview was part of my Tuesday Training Series offered exclusively to my Startup Selling Coaching Program clients.
Let me explain… Each month, I choose a topic on which to do a deep dive in content and training for my clients. This interview was part of several trainings related to “Recruiting, Hiring and Managing Your Sales Team” – a six-part Tuesday Training block.
Mia Paulus is the Founder & CEO of The Admin Center. I’ve worked with Mia over the years and The Admin Center is a critical part of my company’s success and ability to scale. Mia and her team work with companies large and small by providing virtual receptionist, bookkeeping, customer support, marketing, social media and almost any else you can think of…
Because I believe outsourcing and scaling your business is so important, I decided to share this training module with you on the podcast.
3 – LEAN STARTUP SELLING: GET OUT OF THE BUILDING
I attended The Lean Startup Conference last week. Well… at least part of it.
Here’s what I learned in just ONE HOUR getting out of the building…
